Beginning Monday, Nov. 20, Yeaman Athletics & Nutrition, along with the Owego Police Benevolent Association and the Yoga Body Shop, are teaming up with Tioga United Way to adopt families within Tioga County for the holiday season.
Owner Joey Yaman, Officer Tommy Woodburn, and Yoga Instructor and Studio Manager Allison Watson are determined to bring a little comfort and joy in the way of gifts from Santa to those families in need.
If you’d like to make a monetary donation, you can go online at tiogaunitedway.com or you can stop in to Yeaman’s Gym on Southside Drive, the Yoga Body Shop on North Avenue, or the Tioga United Way office on Route 96.
The deadline for donations is Tuesday, Dec. 12. For more information, call (607) 687-4028.
