Opinion: Community comes forth with massive support for school in Texas

Dear Editor,

Our community has come forth with massive support for the Hardin-Jefferson School District in Houston, Texas. With your help we have raised over $4,000 in cash and gift cards, as well as over 100 boxes of school supplies.  

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our drive, whether you contributed one penny or hundreds of dollars. Everybody made a difference.
