Senator Fred Akshar to host three more ‘Face Time With Fred’ town hall meetings

Senator Fred Akshar will be hosting three more “Face Time With Fred” town hall meetings on Saturday, Oct. 21 and Monday, Oct. 23. 

The first meeting will take place from on Oct. 21, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Aiello’s Restaurant in Whitney Point; the second on Oct. 21 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Oxford Fire Department in Oxford; and the third will take place on Oct. 23, at Stoughton Farm on Route 38 in Newark Valley from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Community members are invited to attend the informal meetings to discuss important state and local issues or watch a live stream and ask questions through Senator Akshar’s Facebook Page, Facebook.com/SenatorFredAkshar. 

“Face Time With Fred” town hall meetings continue Senator Akshar’s pledge to remain open and accessible to the people of the 52nd Senate District. Since taking office in 2015, Akshar has held 22 in-person town hall meetings. On Monday, he will have held 25.
