On Saturday, Oct. 14 from 8 a.m. to noon, the First Church of the Nazarene on Waverly Road in Owego will once again be offering free oil changes to low income residents. They are sponsoring a “Make a Difference Day” in the community and this is one of the projects scheduled for that day.
There are only 18 time slots available, so pre-registration is necessary. To reserve your slot, call the church at 687-1932 and be sure to tell the office about your car so the right parts and oil are on hand.
