The Owego Rotary Club is pleased to announce its 8th annual Arts and Crafts Fair will be held on Sunday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Owego Elks Lodge located at 223 Front St. in Owego. This event is free and open to the public, and just in time for the holiday season.
The organizers invite all artists and crafts persons, as well as vendors of farm goods and homemade food, to participate in this year’s Fair. You can also stop by the following shops in Owego: Black Cat Gallery, Gallery Forty-One, Riverow Bookshop, or the Tioga County Council on the Arts.
As in years past, all proceeds from this event will be donated to the Rotary Polio Plus Campaign.
