Thanks from Rural Ministry

Dear Editor,

Tioga County Rural Ministry (TCRM) expresses our sincere gratitude to the community for their support of the annual Soap for Hope campaign in May 2017. Due to the generosity of donors, we received 2,793 soap, detergent, and other personal care items to be distributed through the food pantry to families in need.

This campaign is also made possible by the support of the following businesses, churches, and organizations that hosted the collection bins: the Owego American Legion, Barleycorn, Candor American Legion, Chemung Canal Bank, Community Bank, Dollar General, Family Dollar – Apalachin, Family Dollar – Owego, First Presbyterian Union Church, Germany Hill Church, Lawler’s, Nick’s Garage, Owego Elementary, Owego Lion’s Club, Owego United Methodist Church, Peak Performance, Price Chopper, Riverview Manor, Scott Smith & Son, St. Patrick’s Church, St. Paul’s Episcopal, Styling Corner, the Sword and Spirit Christian Fellowship, Tioga County Sheriff’s Department, Tioga Opportunities, Tom Ash Agency, the VFW and Zion Lutheran Church.

On behalf of the staff and guests of TCRM, thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Sincerely,

Sister Mary

Tioga County Rural Ministry
