On Aug. 20, 2017, the Owego Police Department investigated a report of Arson at 255 Front St., Owego. The “ice house”, a building used for storage, located behind Rehabilitation Support Services was intentionally set on fire causing extensive damage.
The Owego Police arrested Brian K. Dornblaser, age 21 of 255 Front St. in Owego, for Arson in the Third Degree.
Dornblaser was arraigned in the Town of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail in Lieu of $20,000 bail.
The Owego Fire Department, Tioga County Fire Investigation Team and the Tioga County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Owego Police Department at the scene.
