Jonathan Marks, of Owego, N.Y. has announced that he is officially a candidate on the ballot in the 2017 Republican Primary Election in Tioga County. Marks was able to present the required number of petition signatures from registered Republican voters in the town of Owego to the Tioga County Board of Elections.
The Owego native and business owner is a candidate for Town of Owego Supervisor. The primary election is Sept. 12.
