Pregnant woman treated for heroin overdose

On July 17, 2017, at about 5:31 a.m., Owego Police were dispatched to a location on Church Street for a call of a 23-year-old pregnant female that was unresponsive.  

Upon arriving on the location the female was found to be in a diabetic shock and had also overdosed on a controlled substance where she had injected (Heroin).  

Owego Fire EMS arrived on scene and provided first aid (name withheld due to HIPAA Laws).
