The Department of Aging at Tioga Opportunities, Inc. will be hosting the Older Adult Health Fair on Tuesday, Aug. 1 at Newark Valley Senior High School (68 Wilson Creek Rd., Newark Valley). This year, the event will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. (Please note the change in time and location.)
Several short informational presentations designed incorporate healthy ideas into your day-to-day life will be offered beginning at 4:15 p.m. Many agencies and businesses will be on hand to provide guests with information and resources to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle and independent living.
Doors open at 4 pm. and the presentations will begin at 4:15 p.m. Visits to community partner tables will be offered from 5 to 7 p.m.
