Dear Editor,
Owego is a beautiful city, but like Towanda, Pa. they appear to be ignoring their waterfront.
A few floating docks would encourage boaters to come into town for food and drinks, and make Owego a true destination place.
Who knows, maybe floatplanes could get permission to land there.
