SUEZ announced on Wednesday that their portion of the Lake Street project in Owego is now complete. The fencing will come down on Thursday, according to Jeff VanWagenen, manager at SUEZ in Owego / Nichols.
He did note, however, that the street will be closed to all traffic from Main Street to the north side of the post office boxes from June 15, and until NYSEG arrives on June 26, or sooner.
