Kali’s Klub House (KKH) at Fargnoli Farms, located in Apalachin, N.Y., is excited to announce the Second Annual Ryan’s SuperHero Run at Hickories Park in Owego on Saturday, June 3 at 9:30 a.m.
Help Ryan Woods, a six-year old participant with cerebral palsy, beat last year’s record fundraising total as well last year’s run time. Ryan and his family have participated in KKH programs since Ryan was two years old, and his love of superheroes inspired him to put together what has become an annual fundraising event.
This is a family friendly event, and in 2016 nearly 300 runners completed the race. Runners, walkers, wheelchairs and strollers are all welcome.
Join in with your favorite Superhero running costume, have some lunch, and help Ryan and his super friends raise money to support the therapeutic programs presented by Kali’s Klub House at Fargnoli Farms.
The 5K Race begins at 9:30 a.m., the 1K Race begins at 10:30 a.m., and there is a free t-shirt for all runners who register by May 22.
