Come learn more about these essential documents at Decision Making Day as Greg Catarella, from Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP will be presenting important information on Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Do-Not-Resuscitate Orders.
This program is being offered on Friday, April 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Countryside Community Center located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego and on Thursday, May 18, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Community Care Network of Nichols located at 139 Roki Blvd. in Nichols.
The program is open to the public, but registration is required. To attend either of these events, call the Department of Aging at (607) 687-4120, ext. 331 to reserve your seat.
Informational packets are also available upon request. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at each session.
