On March 24, 2017 at 11:50 a.m., the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested David M. Hadlock, age 37, who resides at 541 Old Barton Road in Barton, N.Y. Hadlock was charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, an E Felony.
The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office involving a larceny of a motor vehicle, which occurred in the Town of Barton.
Hadlock was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Barton Court on April 11, 2017 where he will be arraigned in front of Justice Joseph Fravel.
