SCOPE Meeting to take place in Owego on March 8

On March 8, at 7 p.m. in the Tioga County Office Building’s Hubbard Auditorium, the Tioga County Shooters Committee on Political Education (SCOPE), an organization designed to defend the 2nd Amendment, will host a public meeting.

Guests at the meeting will include Senator Fred Akshar, Tioga County Sheriff Gary Howard, and SCOPE President Tom Reynolds. This meeting will offer a forum for residents to talk with their elected officials about gun rights. They will also be discussing the SAFE Act of 2013.
