‘From Owego With Love’ food drive to take place in March

Neighbors in Owego want to assist Candor residents that are having problems with food insecurity during these harsh winter months. With that in mind, “From Owego With Love” will be holding a can and dry goods drive during the month of March for the Candor Food Pantry.

The Candor Bread of Life Food Pantry is running low on both food and funds to keep things going, so the organizers of this drive are asking that dry goods be dropped off at Up the Creek Consignments on Main Street in Owego, the Village Office on Main Street, and at the Tioga County Courier on Church Street.

In Candor, goods can be dropped off at Bostwick Auctions and at Firehouse Coffee.

If you would like to make a monetary donation, you can send your check, made payable to Candor Break of Life Food Pantry, and mail it to P.O. Box 94, Candor, N.Y. 13743.
