Applications for the 2017 racing seasons are now available and can be found on the respective websites for both Tioga and Vernon Downs. The deadline for submission of applications wishing to have stable privileges, at either track, is March 15.
The entire barn area will open beginning April 1. As a reminder, racing applications are required for anyone intending to race in 2017.
Nominations for the Robert E. Keller Trotting Series and the Anthony Farina Pacing Series, both held at Vernon Downs, will close on March 15. Information on these series, along with other pertinent racing information, is available at www.vernondowns.com/horsemen.
Tioga Downs will play host to four early series (Gail’s Diner Pace / Hub International Pace / M&J Oil & Lube Trot / William’s Auto Trot) in the month of May. Series nominating forms and all other information is available at www.tiogadowns.com/horsemen.
Vernon Downs kicks off racing on Friday, April 21 and Tioga on Saturday, May 6.
