Black Friday sales were brisk and foot traffic busy in Historic Downtown Owego, N.Y. on Nov. 25, as shoppers enjoyed mild temperatures and even slivers of sunshine on what is traditionally a busy holiday shopping day.
Nov. 26 welcomes visitors and shoppers back to Owego for “Small Business Saturday” and Dec. 2 is the much-anticipated event, “Lights on the River.”
