Rustin Paving Co. will return to the Owego Apalachin main campus on Friday, Nov. 4 for paving preparation on the portion of Sheldon Guile Boulevard that remains to be completely paved and finished. That’s the portion from the bridge (near the middle school) out to Route 96 (in front of the transportation facility).
Because of this, the school anticipates delays on Friday, only. However, on Monday, Nov. 7, they anticipate complete closures in that area.
Motorists coming to the district’s main campus on Monday, Nov. 7, should plan to access (and leave) by using George Street.
