Catholic Charities Tioga Outreach Center, located at 139 Roki Blvd., Nichols, has been awarded $4,500 by the Senior Citizens Foundation to help seniors with emergency needs.
These funds will help when the unexpected occurs, such as heat and electric needs, rent arrears, security deposits, food and more.
