Carrie A. Wilson, 43, of Owego, N.Y.

On Sept. 6, 2016, at about 2:15 a.m., New York State Police at Owego arrested Carrie A. Wilson, 43, of Owego, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a B.A.C. result of .22 percent and other traffic tickets.

This arrest came after troopers responded to several Tioga County 911 calls of a vehicle traveling the wrong way on State Route 17 westbound near exit 66 in the Town of Owego.  Responding troopers found the vehicle had stopped in the westbound passing lane, facing eastbound, with Wilson asleep behind steering wheel with the engine still running.

An investigation determined that she was highly intoxicated. Wilson was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Owego court on Sept. 15, 2016.
