As the community gets ready for the annual Strawberry Festival in Owego, things will be heating up with a performance by LoveBone on Wednesday evening, June 15. The band, comprised of members Jeff Howell, Roy Coston, Chuck Heath, and Rob Vormwald will be the featured band for Bike Night at Owego’s Parkview Hotel and Restaurant, and will perform live for guests from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
In January of this year, these musicians formed as Lovebone. New York-based bassist Jeff Howell, of Foghat and formerly with The Outlaws and Savoy Brown, and members Roy Coston (guitarist), Chuck Heath (lead vocals), and Rob Vormwald (drums) round out this rock-era band. The group performs originals, as well as well-known covers ranging from Kiss, Ozzie Osbourne, Motley Crew and more.
