The Town of Owego Highway Department announced they will be starting road construction on Highland Drive, Woodside Road West, Alpine Drive and Susan Drive, starting the week of May 16.
They are asking residents to not park vehicles in the streets from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. during construction. They hope to have paving completed within two weeks, weather permitting.
