The collaboration between a group of area romance authors and a local Binghamton bookstore, Riverread Books, has resulted in the first annual, “Romance is in the Air; Celebrating Springtime in Binghamton,” on April 30. Events will begin at 11 a.m. and run throughout the day until 6 p.m.
“RiverRead Books, 5 Court St., Binghamton, is thrilled to offer this great opportunity for local readers and writers to meet the authors, learn of the publishing process and enjoy several readings. The authors’ books will be available for signing so this will be a chance to get a signed edition for yourself, or as a gift for a friend (just in time for Mother’s Day).
A variety of published authors, all from the romance genre, will read from their work as well as give presentations on both the publishing and romance industries. Books from featured authors will be available for purchase.
