The Tioga County Democratic Committee will hold its annual Chilliest Contest fundraiser on Thursday, May 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Countryside Community Center, 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego.
Local democratic “chefs” will make their favorite chili recipe and a panel of local judges will decide who made it best. Tickets are $10 per person and include as much chili and cornbread as you can eat until it’s gone.
