Natalia N. Jofre, age 51 of Spencer, N.Y.
On April 17, 2016, at about 1:10 a.m., New York State Police at Newfield arrested Natalia N. Jofre, 51, of Spencer, N.Y. for the misdemeanors of reckless driving and driving while intoxicated with a B.A.C. result of .11 percent.
This arrest occurred after troopers swerved to avoid a head on collision when they encountered Jofre driving her 2005 Jeep Liberty in the wrong direction on Vanbuskirk Gulf Road in the Town of Newfield. An investigation determined that she was driving while intoxicated.
Jofre was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Newfield court on May 3, 2016.
