Lyle K. Duncan, age 54.
On March 6, 2016, at about 5:36 p.m., New York State Police at Owego arrested Lyle K. Duncan, 54, of Barton, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated with a B.A.C. result of .15 percent and other traffic violations.
This arrest occurred after a trooper responded to a Tioga County 911 report of a one-car accident on Straits Corner Road in the Town of Tioga. An investigation determined that Duncan was driving while intoxicated when he crashed into a guide rail. He was not injured during the crash.
Duncan was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Tioga court on March 16, 2016.
