On Feb. 16, 2016 at 2:41 p.m., the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a tractor-trailer rollover on Dalton Hill Road in Newark Valley.
The operator of the vehicle, 60-year old Richard J. Henry of Bainbridge, N.Y. was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Newark Valley Fire Department, Campville Fire Department and Newark Valley Highway Department.
