The Finger Lakes Finns will be gathering for the first time in the new year on Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. at the Newfield Fire Hall. They start with a pass-a-dish luncheon, so bring something to share as well as your own table service. Coffee will be provided.
For the program, they will view a 2013 Tribeca Film Festival award-winning movie about a pair of Lapland brothers who are reindeer herders. The DVD was provided by Finlandia Foundation National.
This family-friendly event is open to the public.
