Hundreds of New Yorkers from across Upstate New York will unite in opposition to job-killing Lago Casino at a rally in The Well of the Legislative Office Building at the State Capitol on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at noon, according to a release received by employees and community leaders from Finger Lakes Racetrack and the Oneida Nation
Business owners, employees and residents from Oneida, Ontario, and Madison Counties will demonstrate at the Capitol, calling on the New York State Gaming Commission to reject Lago Resort & Casino’s application for a gaming license because the facility planned for Seneca County will wipe out an estimated thousands of jobs across Upstate New York.
