The start time for the public session of the Sept. 24 Owego Apalachin Board of Education (BOE) meeting has been changed to 7:30 p.m. The typical start time for the public session for BOE meetings is 7 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the large group instruction hall (LGI) of the Owego Free Academy.
