On Sept. 3, the Owego Police arrested Clarence Saxton, age 55 of the Village of Owego for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th, a class D felony, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 7th, a class A Misdemeanor, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor and traffic offenses. Clarence Saxton was arraigned in front of Justice Boland and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.

On Sept. 3, Owego Police arrest Dale Freeman, age 51 of Warren Center Pa. for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 7th, a class A Misdemeanor. Dale Freeman was arraigned in front of Justice Boland and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.

On Sept. 4, the Owego Police arrested John Morris, age 38 of the Village of Owego for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the second degree, a Misdemeanor. John Morris was arraigned in Owego Village Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.

On Sept. 6, the Owego Police arrested Nichole Stables, age 28 of the Village of Owego for Harassment 2nd, a Violation. Nichole Stables was issued an appearance ticket to return to Owego Village Court on Oct. 6, 2015.

On Sept. 7, the Owego Police arrested Tiffany Floyd, age 27 of the Village of Owego for Disorderly Conduct, a Violation. Tiffany Floyd was released on an appearance ticket and was expected to return to Village Court on Sept. 15, 2015.

On Sept. 7, the Owego Police arrested Hope Cole, age 45 of the Village of Owego for Resisting Arrest, a Class A Misdemeanor. Hope Cole was arraigned in the Village of Owego Court and later remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.

On Sept. 8, the Owego Police arrested James Baker, age 43 of the Village of Owego for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, a Class A Misdemeanor, Resisting Arrest, a Class A Misdemeanor, Aggravated Unlicensed 3rd degree, a Misdemeanor, Reckless Driving, a Misdemeanor, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, a Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a Violation. James Baker was held on violation of his Parole.

On Sept. 8, the Owego Police arrested Nicole Haines, age 26 of the Town of Owego for Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance 7th, a Class A Misdemeanor and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, a class A Misdemeanor. Nicole Haines was issued an appearance ticket to return to Village of Owego Court on Sept. 15, 2015.
