Upcoming program offered about Alzheimer’s

Would you like to learn more about effective communication strategies that help families facing Alzheimer’s? Join Tioga Opportunities, Inc. on Sept. 21 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Countryside Community Center (9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego) when the Alzheimer’s Association presents “Effective Communication Strategies.”

If you or a loved one is experiencing memory loss or other behavioral changes, come and learn to decode messages through attitude, tone of voice, facial expressions and body language.
