Rhonda’s Rockabilly Pinup Girls offer one car owner a step back in time during the Tioga Region AACA 30th Annual Car Show held Sunday, Aug. 16, 2015 at Hickories Park in Owego, N.Y. The girls will be at the Tioga Downs Casino Car Show planned for Sept. 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. There is a separate Rally (Get Your Kicks On Route 96) preceding the car show for those interested. On Aug. 16, 2015, the Tioga Region Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) was host to their 30th Annual Car Show held at Hickories Park in Owego, N.Y. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event had a good turn-out, and offered entertainment and refreshments for purchase.
There were a combination of car owners arriving with models and makes ranging from Ford and Chevrolet, to everything in-between; and years from the earlier 1900’s to modern, classic, and muscle cars. There was even a class for trucks and rat rods.
The event offered trophies, and raffle tickets were being sold for a 1966 convertible mustang.
Rhonda’s Rockabilly Pinup Girls offered car owners a step back in time during the event, and will also be at the Sept. 19 car show planned at Tioga Downs in Nichols, N.Y. There will be a separate, 25-mile car rally prior to the Tioga Downs event entitled, “Get Your Kicks On Route 96”. Details on this event are forthcoming.
