The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the Waverly Family Resource Center on Wednesday, Aug 12, at 10:30 a.m. at 460 Broad St. in Waverly, N.Y.
The Waverly Family Resource Center, a program of Cornell Cooperative Extension Tioga County, provides free play space for families and their young children (zero to five years old). Parenting classes and activities are scheduled throughout the year.
They are open Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., from 1 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday.
