On June 18, 2015, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office received information concerning the existence of a possible methamphetamine lab at a residence on South Oak Hill Road in the Town of Barton.
During the ensuing investigation, the Sheriff’s Office located a one-pot style methamphetamine lab and a quantity of fluid containing methamphetamine at the residence.
In connection with the discovery of the methamphetamine lab, an arrest warrant has been issued for Wade L. Bostwick, age 37, for the felony of criminal possession of a controlled substance second degree.
According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, Wade L. Bostwick is a white male with brown hair and green eyes, is 5-foot 9-inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.

The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team assisted by processing the scene and rendering hazardous materials safe.
