On July 10, 2015, John R. Malowsky, age 64 of Attica, N.Y., was sentenced to 15 years in State Prison and five years of Post Release Supervision after having plead guilty to Robbery in the First Degree, a class B violent felony, on May 8, 2015.
The Robbery occurred on Feb. 27, 2013 when John R. Malowsky, using a butcher’s style knife, forcibly stole money and hydrocodone from the CVS Pharmacy in the Village of Owego.
