Wednesday’s action at the Tioga County Fair culminated with the demolition derby that entertained a packed grandstand. In the 4-cylinder, Heat 1, Melissa Manuel from Nichols, N.Y. came in first place, bringing the crowd to their feet as her pink, #66a car was one of the sole survivors on the grandstand track.
Other activities at the fair on Wednesday included 4-H activities, and the opening of the carnival rides.
