Vehicle break-ins being investigated; Sheriff’s Department needs your helpThe Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating break-ins of vehicles that occurred on East Campville Road in the Town of Owego on June 23, 2015.

The photos are from surveillance of a subject breaking into a vehicle on East Campville Road on June 23, 2015 at approximately 1 a.m.
