The organizers of Bike Night in Owego at Owego’s Parkview Hotel and Restaurant announced they will cancel tonight’s Bike Night event due to the imminent threat of storms. The Town of Owego and the Tioga Arts Council have also announced that the fireworks show and the performance by the Kirby Band have been postponed for this evening.
