Heather L. Callahan, age 40 of 1608 Tracy St. in Endicott, N.Y.
On May 28, 2015, at 8:20 p.m., the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) and Troop “C Uniform Force conducted a vehicle stop on McKinley Avenue in the Village of Endicott, Broome County and located an active one pot methamphetamine lab with associated reagents and precursors for manufacturing methamphetamine in the vehicle.
As a result the following subjects were arrested for the indicated charges.
Heather L. Callahan, age 40 of 1608 Tracy St. in Endicott, N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree, a Class A-II Felony; Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd degree, a Class D Felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a Class A Misdemeanor; and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
David R. Decker, age 53 of 821 Main St. in Vestal, N.Y.
David A. Decker, age 53 of 821 Main St. in Vestal, N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree, a Class A-II Felony; Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd degree, a Class D Felony; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Christopher T. Decker, age 49 of 1426 River Rd. in Binghamton, N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree, a Class A-II Felony; and Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd degree, a Class D Felony.
David R. Decker, age 22 of 811 Oak Hill Ave., Endicott, N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree, a Class A-II Felony; Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd degree, a Class D Felony; Tampering With Physical Evidence, a Class E Felony; and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.

Seized from the vehicle was an active one pot methamphetamine lab, 4 ounces of methamphetamine oil, items used to manufacture methamphetamine including sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, lithium strips, salt, Coleman Fuel, lab equipment (tubing, filters, bottles), Marihuana smoking devices, 1 gram of Heroin, and 1 gram of Methamphetamine.
All four defendants were arraigned before Town of Dickinson Court Justice Thomas Cline and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT) responded to McKinley Ave. and arranged for the clean up of the methamphetamine manufacturing components.

The New York State Police K9, Endicott Police Department K9, and Endicott Police Department assisted at the scene. The Endicott Fire Department responded to assist CCSERT at the scene.
