Monty J. Ramey, 24, of Binghamton, N.Y.
On May 24, 2015, at about 3:43p.m. New York State Police at Deposit arrested Monty J. Ramey, 24, of Binghamton, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of Public Lewdness.
This arrest occurred after a Trooper responded to a complaint of a man exposing himself in a lewd manner near a residence on Mountain Road in the Town of Windsor.
An investigation determined that, while in a boat on the nearby river, the man was exposing himself in a lewd manner to a person on the shore.
Monty J. Ramey was issued a ticket returnable to the Town of Windsor Court on June 24, 2015.
