Victor E. Antonetty, 28, of Elmira, N.Y.
On May 23, 2015, at about 6:36 a.m., New York State Police at Owego arrested Victor E. Antonetty, 28, of Elmira, N.Y. for the felony Driving While Intoxicated.
This arrest occurred after Troopers responded to a 911 report of a two-car motor vehicle accident on State Route 17 westbound in the Town of Barton. An investigation determined that he was driving while intoxicated when he struck another vehicle.
This arrest became a felony because Victor E. Antoneety had a prior conviction for DWI within the last 10 years. He was transported to Robert Packard Hospital where he submitted to a blood test and the lab results are pending.
Victor E. Antonetty was arraigned in the Town of Barton Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond.
