Endicott woman pleads guilty to Grand Larceny

On April 14, 2015 in Broome County Court, Lynn M. Orlando, age 49 of Endicott, N.Y., pled guilty to Grand Larceny in the Third Degree in satisfaction of the indictment filed against her. Lynn M. Orlando admitted that from February 2012 through January 2014, while employed at Comfort Gifts and Engraving in Vestal, she stole more than $3,000 in merchandise from the company.

Orlando will be sentenced on June 4, 2015. Sentencing will be at the discretion of the court because Lynn M. Orlando pled guilty to the top count of the indictment.

The charges were investigated by the Vestal Police Department and the case was prosecuted by Chief Assistant District Attorney Joann Rose Parry.
