Boy Scout Troop 38 in Owego held a highway cleanup on Saturday, April 18. Troop 38 and the First Presbyterian Union Church in Owego adopted a 2-mile stretch of highway along Route 17C in Owego.
Together, the Troop and church are committed to keeping our community beautiful and have pledged to keep this stretch of highway litter-free.
