Did you miss the first Book Talk last week? The good news is that you have the opportunity to attend these fun and informative events three more times!
On April 15, Max Della Pia will review The Boys in the Boat by Daniel James Brown. Judith Whipple will review Quiet written by Susan Cain on April 22. Orville Wright will present the last review, on April 29. He will discuss Bill O’Riley’s Killing Patton.
The Wednesday Book Talks begin at 12:10 p.m. and end at 12:45 p.m., they are free, and a light lunch (sandwich and a cookie) is available for a great price. In order for the talks to accessible to all, they are being held in the Fellowship Hall of the Methodist Church located beside the Coburn Free Library on Main Street in Owego.
