The Village of Owego recently announced a public hearing to be held by the Village Board of the Village of Owego on Monday, March 16, commencing at 7 p.m. at 20 Elm St. in Owego, N.Y. regarding a proposed Cable Franchise Agreement between the Village of Owego and Haefele TV, Inc.
The Agreement proposes implementing a Franchise Fee of 5 percent. Any person shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed Franchise Agreement, copy of which is available for review at the Village Clerk’s Office.
