Johnson’s Pools and Spas of Owego came to the aid of the Bradford Regional Medical Center in Bradford, Pa. last week during a critical period. A significant water main break left the entire city of Bradford, Pa. in a State of Emergency for five days.
Johnson’s was able to provide the hospital an appropriate supply of water to provide for the needs of its patients, including the surgical and trauma department.
In all, Johnson’s Pools and Spas delivered 49,000 gallons of potable water to the facility.
Bradford, Pa. is 153 miles southwest of Owego. Johnson’s is the only New York State and Pennsylvania certified potable water hauler able to cater to this emergency.
New York State and Pennsylvania potable water haulers must submit to continuing and strict quality testing and operations standards.
