On Feb. 16, Don Castellucci, pictured, who was attending a New York State Association of Towns Conference, made a stop during his morning walk through Times Square and was able to view the HeartBeat in Times Square. Norwesco, located in Owego, N.Y. made two red 1,400-gallon cisterns for one of their distributors, who in turn sold it to the architects that designed the 2015 HeartBeat in Times Square. The giant heart-shaped sculpture will be on display until March 8.
